Quiet Time for Yoto

Can I limit Yoto volume automatically at certain times?

Yoto lets you set a maximum volume manually, but not on a schedule. Audinook adds Quiet Time: a recurring window where listening is allowed but the volume is automatically capped.

What Yoto does natively

Yoto players have a manual maximum-volume setting you change by hand. It does not change by time of day on its own.

What Audinook adds

Audinook's Quiet Time caps the volume automatically during the hours you choose — for naps, homework or early mornings — and returns to normal afterwards.

How to set it up

  1. Connect your Yoto account.
  2. Choose the player.
  3. Add a Quiet Time window and a maximum volume.
  4. Audinook turns the volume down if it goes above your cap during that window.
