The problem

Yoto gives children independence.
Bedtime shouldn't mean taking it away.

Instead of confiscating the player every night or resetting a timer by hand, set the rules once. Audinook keeps them — quietly, automatically, every night.

What it does

One calm control layer for the Yoto you already own

Automatic bedtime protection

Set bedtime hours; the player stops playing during them and resumes automatically in the morning.

Weekday & weekend schedules

Different rules for school nights and weekends, handled automatically.

Quiet Time

Allow listening during nap or homework time but cap the volume.

Scheduled volume limits

Keep mornings and evenings gentle with time-based maximum volume.

Temporary parent overrides

One tap for 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or until bedtime ends — without changing your schedule.

Family routines

Chain a story, then lullabies, then sleep sounds, then lock — automatically.

Activity history

See when playback was blocked, when overrides were used, and when protection was active.

Protection monitoring

Audinook continuously verifies it can reach your player, so you know protection is really on.

How it works

Connect, set a routine, and forget it

  1. Connect your Yoto using Yoto's own secure login. We never see your password.
  2. Set your routine — bedtime hours, quiet time, volume, or a full bedtime sequence.
  3. Audinook runs it automatically , and shows you protection is really on.

Questions parents ask

Good to know

Can Audinook automatically stop a Yoto at bedtime?
Yes. You set recurring bedtime hours. During those hours Audinook monitors the connected Yoto player and stops playback attempts, so a child cannot simply start a card after lights-out. It resumes normal behaviour automatically when the bedtime window ends.
Does it need a payment method to try?
No. Every family gets a 14-day free trial with all features and no card required. The trial starts when you first configure protection.
How much does Audinook cost?
One plan, Audinook Plus: €29.99 per year (about €2.50 per month, saving 37%) or €3.99 per month. Both include every feature.
Is Audinook made by Yoto?
No. Audinook is an independent third-party application for Yoto players. It is not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Yoto. It connects using Yoto's official developer API with your permission.
Which Yoto players are supported?
Any Yoto player linked to your Yoto account, including Yoto Player and Yoto Mini. There are no hardware or firmware changes.
What happens if my Yoto is offline?
Enforcement needs the player to be online. If the player loses Wi-Fi, Audinook cannot stop playback and clearly shows protection as degraded rather than pretending everything is fine.
